Great results this week! I'm down a total of 5 pounds for the week and 1.5 inches from my original waist measurement (end of December). There were two days that I got busy and forgot to exercise, and a couple nights that I felt a little hungry/bored and restless and had a small, healthy snack. But overall, I found the Structure House plan pretty easy to manage. And I'm very happy with my progress so far. On to Week 2!
I've added a weight loss slider at the bottom of the page to track my weight loss progress. Can't wait to see those little hearts move!
