Down 2 Pounds and 1 Inch!

I intended to only weigh myself once a week but curiosity got the better of me this morning and I got on the scale. Down 2 pounds! Then I followed up by measuring my waist. I was down 1 inch from where I was on 12/28. I'm very pleased. Both the exercise bike and the diet are working!
