Weight Loss: End of Week 2

I'm down another 2 pounds, to 243. I only exercised three days this week, and I think I could have done better if I'd gotten in my 30 minutes all seven days. I'm still doing well with the eating plan, however. So the plan for this week is to get back to exercising every day. I really want to hit my 10-lb. milestone and get a reward!

Good luck with your weihtloss journey. Hope ya reach ya goal, i'm dieting as well on my last day of week one so fingers crossed for the weighin tomoz. Keep at it hun i like the reward plan ya got going need to think of summat for myself really. x

Is the blog helping with you stcking to he diet i have one myself thought it would help me stick to i've even posted a pic of my fat hahahaha

I have such a hard time fitting in time for exercise. :( I have my great dane rescue, my painting, making time for my 3 children and trying to make time for everything just seems impossible.
